The project starts from the awareness of the great didactic, pedagogical and artistic value that brass instruments represent in various contexts including the Brass Band, the Symphony Orchestra, the Wind Orchestra and various ensembles that range across various musical genres. The idea of structuring a training course aimed at strengthening the capacity for cohesion and interaction between European musical institutions and at the same time promoting the territories of origin is well represented by the project.

The project aims to form an "International Clarinet Ensemble" by encouraging interaction between young musicians and teachers from different cultural, artistic and social contexts. The goal is to demonstrate, if there was still a need, how the strength and power of music is above any boundary. Of importance is to offer the opportunity to each individual involved in the project to propose a piece that represents their cultural identity and tradition so that everyone can share the performance of "new" and distinctive music. Even the alternation of teachers from different countries in the direction of the Ensemble is an enrichment of knowledge for everyone.
